PharmaRosa® guarantees – overview
We provide an establishment and variety identity guarantee for the plants we grow and sell.
We guarantee that we will send you a viable, true‑to‑variety rose. With professional planting and aftercare, the plant will develop optimally.
Potted roses have a root system that ensures good establishment. Planting is possible at any frost‑free time of the year. Planting must be carried out with due care.

PharmaRosa® guarantees and options
For PharmaRosa®, it is especially important that you are satisfied with your purchase. Below we have summarised the guarantees and options we offer for roses purchased in our online shop.
Establishment guarantee
We provide a 1‑month establishment guarantee on our products. If, despite professional planting and care, the rose does not sprout or dies, you can exercise your guarantee as follows:
How to submit a guarantee claim
- Please keep your invoice and take photos of the plants when you receive them.
- Plant the roses as soon as possible, either in open ground or in a pot of at least 20 litres.
- Take individual photos of each planted rose bush.
- If the plant dies, please send us an email with:
- the name of the variety,
- the number of plant(s),
- the invoice number,
- photos of the planted and dead plants.
Would you like your guarantee claim to reach us quickly, completely and clearly identifiable?
We will prepare a short, pre‑filled guarantee‑claim email using your details so that all the information needed for the refund is definitely included and no time is lost on additional requests.
- Drafting a guarantee‑claim email with all required details and a clear structure.
- Clarifying the list of photos: condition on receipt, planted bush, dead bush, label/tag.
- Support for identifying several bushes individually (matching variety–quantity–photo).
- Providing bank account details and order information in a standard format for quicker processing.
- Requesting all data needed for a refund in an organised way (if applicable).
- Traceable communication after receipt: clear subject line and case type indication.

The establishment guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- death due to drought, frost or improper care,
- if the requested photos are not available,
- if climbing and rambler roses are grown in pots.
Variety identity guarantee
We provide a variety identity guarantee for every rose we sell. If, at the time of the plant’s first flowering, it becomes clear that it is not the variety ordered, you can choose from the following options:
- refund of the price of the incorrect variety,
- free replacement with the correct variety.
Please submit your claim after flowering, with supporting photos, by email to our customer service.
If your claim is submitted more than 6 months after receipt, please attach:
- the invoice for your purchase,
- a photo of the plants as received,
- the variety label.
