The appearance of the rose at the time of delivery depends on the season and the weather – this is natural. Here we show You where to find the “dispatch condition” section for the given month on the variety page, why the plant may differ from the photo, what the basket icon means for availability, and how all this relates to our establishment and varietal authenticity guarantees.

The summary below helps You understand in what current growth stage the roses ordered from our online shop may arrive, where to find the most accurate information about this, and what guarantees we offer to make Your purchase safe.


Expected condition of the rose plant on delivery

The rose is a living plant, so its current appearance and growth stage at the time of delivery can naturally vary depending on the season, the weather and the cultivation technology used.

Where can You find the current condition?

On the product page of each rose variety we indicate in what condition the stock can be expected in this month. Please open the variety You have chosen, then scroll down on the page to the “Dispatch condition / current appearance” section, where You will find a photo and a short description for the relevant month.

What does the photo on the product page show?

The photo shows the average appearance typical of the given month (for example condition before budding, fresh shoot growth, leafed-out plant, neat, pruned-back state). This information is useful because the rose changes continuously throughout the year.

Why might the plant You receive differ from the picture?

  • Weather variations: temperature and rainfall significantly affect shoot growth and leafiness.
  • Cultivation specifics: the way the stock is handled (for example the timing of pruning) can influence the external appearance.
  • Natural individual differences: the development of individual plants may differ even under identical conditions.

Shopping security: we provide a 1‑month establishment guarantee for our products, and a varietal authenticity guarantee for every rose we sell. This gives You a secure basis even if the appearance of the plant You receive naturally differs from the one shown in the photo.


PharmaRosa® guarantees and options

It is especially important to us that You are satisfied with Your purchase. Below we briefly summarise the guarantees and options with which we support the roses bought in our online shop.

Establishment guarantee

We provide a 1‑month establishment guarantee for our products. If, despite professional planting and care, the rose does not sprout or dies, we will offer a solution following a warranty assessment.

The establishment guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  • if the plant dies due to drought, frost or improper care,
  • if the required photos are not available,
  • if climbing and rambler roses are kept permanently in containers.

Varietal authenticity guarantee

We provide a varietal authenticity guarantee for every rose we sell. If, during its first flowering, it turns out that the plant is not the variety ordered, You can choose from the following options:

  • refund of the price of the incorrect variety,
  • free replacement with the correct variety.

If You contact us more than 6 months after receipt, we may request the following for accurate identification:

  • the invoice for the purchase,
  • a photo of the plant(s) received,
  • the variety label.

Variety availability and stock

Availability indicator

On the website, the appearance of the basket icon indicates when a variety can be ordered. In other cases the plants are still being grown and have not yet reached the marketable growth stage.

Why does the availability of varieties change?

Varieties become available at different times and in different quantities. The reason for this is that the cultivation cycle and growth rate of roses differ from variety to variety, so we are unable to give an exact date in advance for when each variety will reach marketable condition.

Stock updates

We update our stock daily; current availability always reflects the status for that particular day.
