Winter schedule: protection and preparation
In winter the rose’s “operation” is simple: mound the base properly, keep pots in a sheltered place, and only water sparingly in a frost-free window. - Mounding the base: 10–15 cm (20–25 cm at the edges); leave 3–5 cm of stem free – steps.
